Cancellation Policy
At Venus Golf, we aim to provide a welcoming and enjoyable experience for all participants in our Women’s Golf Taster Sessions. As spaces are limited, we have set the following policy to ensure fairness and smooth operations. 1. Cancellations & Refunds More than 7 days before the session → Full refund or option to transfer to another available session. Less than 7 days but more than 48 hours before the session → No refund, but you may transfer your booking to another available session (subject to availability). Less than 48 hours before the session → No refund or reschedule. 2. No Shows If you do not attend your booked session without prior notice, no refund or rescheduling will be offered. 3. Exceptional Circumstances We understand that unexpected situations arise. If you are unable to attend due to illness, injury, or a personal emergency, please notify us before your session. Each case will be reviewed individually, and we may offer a transfer to a future session if possible. 4. Session Cancellation by Venus Golf If Venus Golf needs to cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, coach illness), you will be offered either: A full refund, or The opportunity to transfer to another date. 5. Your Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations) Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your booking within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided the session has not yet taken place. If you book a session that is scheduled within 14 days of purchase, you acknowledge that this cancellation right expires once the session has been delivered. 6. Updates to This Policy This policy may be updated from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your booking will apply. If you have any questions, please contact us for assistance.
